I found many comments from users that Flash Player is not getting downloaded on this OS-browser combination. Please note that the Download window in Safari is invisible till you click the Download icon on the top-left side.

Get the latest Flash Player from Adobe. Here is the link http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Download it and install.
I will be able to guide you better if I know the operating system you use.PS: I depend on google translator. 🙂

Cannot get Player (even the latest) for lion to neither with Chrome nor with Safari. Lion is turning to be a nuisance. I never had such problems with Snow.
Adobe please get this fixed quick. Lots of complaints around me too.LikeLike
